Start your week off right with a lunch hour yoga series with Christine. Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which brings together physical postures (asanas) and intentional breath work (inhale/exhale with postures). This flow creates a steady internal rhythm for the practice and can set the tone for the rest of your day. Flow classes typically generate heat in the body, which is perfect in breaking through the winter/spring transition.
